1. Custom Orders
All custom products are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications. Because of this:

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has started.

Please double-check all personalization details, spellings, colors, and sizes before submitting.

Any design mockups or proofs sent for approval must be confirmed within 48 hours to avoid delays.

• We may showcase custom orders on our social media or website. If you prefer your product not be shared, please notify us at the time of ordering.
• Filming or posting your order may be offered as an optional add-on service.

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your item, please check with your local post office or neighbors.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

• All sales are final on custom items.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order for a resolution.
• Proof (photo or video) may be required for review.
